Who is who? - CJon Carin
Jon Carin is one of the few people who has been playing with both Roger Waters and the post-Waters Pink Floyd. Both Gilmour and Waters seem to agree on his musical talents. Besides Pink Floyd, Jon Carin has performed live with The Who, Bryan Ferry, Soul Asylum, Gipsy Kings a.o. in 1999/2000 he toured with Roger Waters on the north American leg of the In The Flesh Tour and live-album / DVD.
Peter ChristophersonPhotographer and musician Photographed the famous cover photo for Animals at the Battersea Power Station and assisted with photos for other Pink Floyd sleeves like the diving man for Wish You Were Here. Peter Christopherson has studied scriptwriting, computerprogramming, design and video. In 1974 he was employed as an assistant in British designgroup Hipgnosis and later became a co-owner. After Hipgnosis closed (1983) he started a video production company and has worked as musician in several bands including Throbbing Gristle, Psychic TV and Coil.
Eric ClaptonGuitarist, singer, songwriter The legendary guitarist joined Roger Waters on The Pros And Cons Of Hitch Hiking and the following tour in 1984.
Arthur C. ClarkeScientist, Writer Arthur Charles Clarke is best known as the author of "2001" and "2010". Both books has been made into films. The themes of the book and Stanley Kubrick's film "2001 - A Space Odyssey" has had some influence on Roger Waters. He was denied to use quotes from the film on his song Perfect Sense. Clarke lives on Ceylon and is still writing and researching in what the future will bring. He has hosted several tv-shows about science. A 1994 documentary about fractals has an original soundtrack composed and performed by David Gilmour. (Also published as book and DVD together)
