About the Pink Floyd Hyperbase
The original material for the Pink Floyd HyperBase was researched and compiled from 1988 - 1994. It was first used as an interactive CD-ROM demo. Some of the chapters were later updated and converted into this website which has been online since November 1997. The site consists of more than 250 html-pages and is regularly updated. Please report any errors from the contact page. The site is created and maintained by Jacob Crawfurd, who runs the multimedia company Crawfurd Media.

In February 2001 the site was moved to its own domain at pinkfloydhyperbase.dk. The HyperBase also got a new look and a major content update. Please inform me if you find something on this site that is wrong, violates copyright laws or should be removed for any other reason. The Pink Floyd HyperBase has approximately 2500 visitors every day. The visitors are Pink Floyd fans from US, Denmark and Europe, Mexico, Lebanon, New Caledonia, Singapore, Mongolia, Brunei, Solomon Islands and the rest of the big world. Technical information
The Pink Floyd HyperBase has been designed to be viewed in ANY BROWSER. The HTML-coding of site is validated XHTML 1.0 and the stylesheets are validated CSS2. The standards are defined by The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). A few functions (search etc.) requires javascript (Active Scripting) which is supported in nearly all newer browsers. The pages are designed for a screen resolution of minimum 640x480 pixels and 8-bit color (256 colors). The visual appearance of the site will be optimal with a stylesheet enabled browser.
